Ongoing Captive Advisory Services

We support brokers, underwriters and their captive clients by providing them with day-to-day captive advisory services including:

• Monitoring & Advisory: keeping them up to date with developments and innovations in the captive market in captive domiciles and in the captive industry worldwide

• Support: responding to specific captive-related questions and matters as raised

• Liaison: acting as liaison between the broker and the captive for general administration topics

• Fronting: undertaking critical reviews of documentation relating to the fronting arrangements including but not limited to the reinsurance contract between the fronting company and the captive

• Renewal: coordinating with the captive manager to review renewal documentation and to ensure the timely processing and completion of the renewal
