Jo is a former solicitor with many years of strategic experience at board level, including as a not for profit CEO and trustee and former chair of the Law Society’s Mental Health and Disability committee.

She is CEO of Fjell Limited, RISCS CWC's parent company, and in her role as Strategic Adviser she helps run and evolve the business.

​

To RISCS CWC she brings her legal and governance expertise. With her NGO leadership experience she analyses the human element of emerging risks and technologies.

Jo is also a Partner at Lignum Risk Partners, one of Fjell Limited's sister companies.

Jo holds an MA (Cantab) and an MSc with Distinction from City, University of London.

​

Her voluntary commitments include vice chair of a primary school federation and a founding governor of a secondary school for pupils with special educational needs.
