Jo, a former solicitor, brings many years of strategic experience at board level as a former chair of the Law Society’s Mental Health and Disability committee, not-for-profit CEO and trustee.

She is CEO of Fjell Limited, RISCS CWC's parent company, and her voluntary commitments include being a school governor for a primary school federation and for a secondary school for pupils with special educational needs.
