CEO & Managing Partner
Oliver brings more than 35 years of captive and ART experience to our clients. He has held a number of senior executive positions in the global captive and ART sectors since the mid-1980s. Oliver established RISCS in 2012 as an independent risk and captive consultancy in response to the growing demand from corporate clients for independent creative solutions to address the instability seen in the traditional insurance markets.

He has worked with some of the industry’s largest pure and cell captives, largest broker owned captives, leading industry captives and was part of the team that established the very first PCC in the world in 1996 (in Guernsey).
